BSc (Hons), MCSP, HCPC
I qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of the West of England. My women’s health and pelvic health training has been developed through NHS clinical experience and postgraduate continuing professional development.
I have a background in pelvic health physiotherapy and corrective exercise for the core and pelvic floor, alongside an interest in supporting women with musculoskeletal concerns affecting movement, function, exercise, and day-to-day wellbeing.
Women’s health concerns can impact many areas of life. From bladder, bowel or pelvic pain symptoms to musculoskeletal pain affecting daily activities, exercise, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or menopause.
My aim is to help women regain optimum function of their bodies to feel aligned, balanced, and healthy.
I can help assess and support a wide range of women’s health and musculoskeletal concerns. Symptoms may relate to pregnancy, childbirth, pelvic floor dysfunction, persistent pain, movement-related issues, hypermobility, hormonal changes, or menopause-related symptoms.
In-person appointments take place in a private clinic in Adber, just outside Sherborne, with virtual appointments available via a secure online platform.
