I use a whole-body, evidence-based approach that may include internal or external pelvic floor assessment, education, movement strategies, lifestyle support, and hands-on therapy. Whether your symptoms are recent or have been ongoing for years, together we can create a plan that feels achievable, respectful, and tailored to your needs.
